How do I send my launch kit?Open Launch kit in your sidebar, add up to 25 files with a note on each, check Website and decks, then press Request draft plays. Bridger drafts your first plays and you publish them.
Who is a coach, and who needs a rep seat?Coaches build paths and plays and answer coaching; a rep seat is what puts someone on a path and into Practice.
How do I build a path?Create a path from New, then add lessons, plays, sections and checkpoints in the builder. Every field saves as you leave it.
How do I assign a path to my team?Press Assign it and choose everyone with a rep seat, one or more job roles, or specific people. Only rep-seat holders can be on a path.
How do I create and publish a play?Choose New, then Play, pick a pattern, write the situation, the challenge and the checks, then press Publish. Only someone on your team can publish.
What content can I add to Shadowpitch, and how does it open for reps?Add Portal projects, articles, uploaded videos, PDFs, PowerPoints and images, or links. What Portal hosts opens in place; other links open in a new tab.
How do I review a rep's coaching request?Open it from the top of Activity, play the rep's take, mark each check Heard it, Partly or Missed, write one thing to change, and send it back.
How do I make a path certify reps?Turn on the Certification tile in the path builder, then choose a checkpoint pass mark, an optional recorded roleplay, and how long it stays valid.
How do I approve or send back a certification?Open the path's Certification section, read the evidence, then press Approve and certify, or write a note and press Not yet.
How do I see how my team is practicing?The Activity tab shows coaching waiting on you, plays run weekly, who is practicing, each rep's runs and opens, and content gaps. A digest arrives each Monday.
Which Shadowpitch events send an email or Slack message?Coaching, certification, path requests and the Monday digest send personal email; four events can post to a team channel. Assigning a path sends nothing.
