October 2026

A launch kit for Shadowpitch

Managers can send their sales material to Bridger from one page: upload files, add website pages and decks, and see a meter showing how much of the playbook their material covers. The sidebar now groups Shadowpitch under Prepare and the Library and Insights under Sell.

Path certification

Managers can turn on certification for a path, so a rep is certified after finishing every step, meeting the checkpoint standard, and getting a manager's sign-off. Managers can also get Slack or email alerts when a rep asks for coaching or sign-off, or finishes a path.

Sections, tasks, and checkpoints in paths

You can now organize a path into sections with due days, add simple tasks for reps to check off, and add short multiple-choice checkpoints that explain each answer. Each rep's due dates are counted from the day they joined the path.

Tracked links for play resources

When a play points to an outside resource that buyers can see, reps share it through their own tracked link. Managers can see how often reps used each resource and how often buyers opened it.

Ask for coaching on a practice take

After a practice run, a rep can send their recording to a coach along with what they want help with. The coach grades the take blind, without seeing the rep's own grade, so the feedback is independent.

September 2026

Private self-recording and a Monday digest

Reps can record themselves during a play and listen back on the review step; the recording stays in their browser, and no one else can hear it. Learning managers can get a Monday email with practice counts, anonymous feedback and one play worth a look.

Practice plays in Shadowpitch

Managers can write and publish practice plays: a buyer's scenario, the lines the buyer says, and what a strong answer covers. Reps run each play full-screen against a timer, check their answer against the key, and say what was hardest.

Plays in paths, and practice on Activity

A published play can be a step in a learning path, and running it completes that step. The Activity tab shows how many reps practiced each week, which plays they're running, and anonymous feedback on the plays that need work.

July 2026

Guided learning paths

Admins can put content in order as a path, so each step opens once the one before it is complete. Reps get a focused view that shows where they are and what comes next.

Assign paths by job role

Set up job roles such as Account Executive or SDR, then assign a path to a role, a person or everyone. People who join a role later are enrolled automatically, and a progress roster shows who has finished.

A learning area for your team

Workspace admins can gather ramp-up material in one place, including presentations, videos, PDFs and websites. They can group it into collections and see who has opened each item.
