Every deck and PDF your team sends, tracked
Upload your decks and one-pagers as PDFs and mark the ones reps may send. Each rep sends their own link, named for the buyer if they like, you see which pages were read, and AI drafts the plays your reps practice from the same files.
One upload, three jobs
Reps send it
A manager marks which files reps may send. Each rep gets their own link, or a link named for one buyer, to paste into an email or a text.
You see who read it
Each link reports which pages the buyer read and for how long. The rep who sent it gets an email once the buyer has been reading for 30 seconds.
It drafts your plays
Tick “Use when AI drafts plays” and AI drafts plays from the same PDF, for your reps to practice out loud.
How it works
Upload
Add your decks, one-pagers and case studies to your library as PDFs.
Mark what can go out
A manager marks a file customer-facing and turns it into a leave-behind in your brand. Everything else stays with your team.
A rep sends it
From the library, the rep presses Send, names the buyer if they like, and pastes their link.
The link reports back
Which pages were read and for how long, on that rep’s link, and an email to the rep once the buyer has read for 30 seconds.
Your library, as a manager sees it
Each file says who may send it, how many links reps sent in the last 30 days, and how many times buyers opened them. An example:
| Who can send it | Links sent | Buyer opens | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing one-pager | Reps | 18 | 41 |
| Installation guide | Reps | 9 | 22 |
| Customer case study | Reps | 6 | 15 |
| Competitor battlecard | Team only | — | — |
Why track a leave-behind
A PDF attached to an email is the easiest thing to send and the hardest to follow up on. A rep cannot tell whether the buyer opened it, or which page they stopped on.
With a tracked link the rep calls back knowing the buyer spent two minutes on pricing and skipped the install page, and the manager knows which files buyers actually read.
Questions
How many files can we upload?
Every plan includes unlimited leave-behinds. Each PDF can be up to 25 MB and 200 pages.
Can reps send PowerPoint files?
Save the deck as a PDF first. Your team can keep PowerPoint files in the library to read, but what a buyer receives is the PDF, with its pages tracked.
Do reps text it to a buyer?
Reps copy their link and paste it into a text or an email from their own phone or inbox. Shadowpitch does not send texts or emails to buyers itself.
Does the buyer need to sign in?
No. The link opens in any browser, on a phone or a laptop.
Can a file stay internal?
Yes. A file is for your team only until a manager marks it customer-facing. A battlecard or a pricing guide for reps never gets a link a buyer can open.
Which files does the AI read?
Only the PDFs a manager ticks “Use when AI drafts plays”, beside the material you sent at launch. Your team reviews every drafted play before reps see it.
